Deliverables, timelines, and revisions for any commissioned project are agreed in a separate written scope prior to the start of work.
Client footage and materials remain the property of the client. Final delivered edits become the client's property upon full payment; ANANLY retains the right to display work in this portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Unreleased projects are treated as confidential. NDA-backed workflows are available on request.
Services are provided “as is”. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
